About the Artist
Sanya Ojikutu is a Nigerian-born visual artist working and residing in the Washington DC metro area. Sanya is well known for his hard-hitting political cartoons during the brutal military dictatorship years which earned him several national media awards for being the best cartoonist in Nigeria.
